Schiller and Hersh provided mechanical and electrical services for the design/build construction of a new 44,000 sq. ft. passenger bridge and head house.  Mechanical services included the design of a roof drainage system with tie-ins to the existing storm lines.  Electrical services included:

• Design of a new bridge along the existing pier #2, as well as the bridge lighting and electric power distribution system (tied into an existing substation)
• Survey and design for replacing 15kV, 5kV, fiber and copper underground cabling
• Identification of underground electrical interferences
• Preliminary design of the second phase of construction for passenger facility for bidding the project as an “as built-facility”
