Mr. Delp has 13 years of experience working on projects for Schiller and Hersh Associates that have included lighting, power, fire protection systems, emergency power distribution, motor control centers, and replacements of substations and switchgear.  He oversees all design operations.

Mr. Hersh has 33 years of experience performing feasibility studies and designing both new and renovation projects for military, commercial, educational, and institutional facilities.  These projects have included plumbing, fire protection, steam distribution, conventional and geothermal heating, ventilating, and air conditioning, swimming pool filtration, energy monitoring control systems, and electrical distribution systems.  Prior to establishing Schiller and Hersh Associates he was Senior Project Designer and Project Manager for R. G. Werden Associates for 15 years.

Mr. Hersh received a 2006 national Honor Award from ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies), as well as a state-level 2006 Honor Award from ACEC/PA for his geothermal HVAC design for Spring-Ford Area School District's Upper Providence Elementary and 5-7 Intermediate schools.

Mrs. Hersh has served as Schiller and Hersh Associates’ Business Manager since the firm’s inception in 1989.  She is responsible for proposal writing, financial management, office management, client business services, and human resource management.

Mr. O’Pella has been with Schiller and Hersh Associates for 9 years and has designed mechanical systems for many complex projects for both new construction and renovations.
