PHILADELPHIA ZOO’S WILD EARTH – AFRICAN SAFARI ADVENTURE RIDE

Zoo visitors can climb inside one of the award-winning Dodge Wild Earth Durango adventure simulators for a thrilling 3-D ride through the plains of Africa.  Schiller and Hersh provided the HVAC, electrical and lighting, fire protection, and telecommunications supporting systems design for the Durangos.

Our firm provided HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems design for recent renovations at Philadelphia Zoo’s Bear Country exhibit and Impala Café, as well as the design for potential renovations at the Shelly Administration Building.  The Bear Country exhibit required new temperature and humidity controls for the bears’ environment in accordance with USDA standards.
